Intimate Gatherings

Our Intimate Gatherings bring together up to 12 people, offering a restaurant-quality experience in the comfort of your home. Whether its an anniversary, birthday celebration, dinner party, or just because The Little has you covered.

We handle everything from the initial greeting to the last farewell, ensuring a seamless experience. Picture a beautiful tablescape, a custom playlist, carefully selected wine pairings, and elegantly formatted menus - all tallored to your unique celebration.

Embracing the philosophy of “less is more,” we leave little room for error. Our sole focus is quality and simplicity. Each individual gathering receives our undivided attention. We limit our bookings, scheduling only a few events a month, with a commitment to delivering nothing less than our best.

Brad Schaffer

Brad, a native of Charleston, honed his skills and gained valuable experience in various kitchens around town. Early in his career, he served as the sous chef of Five Loaves Cafe in Mount Pleasant and contributed to the quintessential Charleston kitchens of Magnolias and Hanks Seafood.

At the age of twenty five, Brad ventured into the vibrant food scene of New York City, further refining his culinary expertise. He began his journey in the kitchen at Estella, a Michelin-starred establishment, working under the guidance of Chef Ignacio Matos. He then went on to earn the title of Executive Chef in the kitchens of Grand Army Bar and Vinegar Hill House before deciding to return to his Charleston roots.

Today his focus is to curate a delicate and intentional experience for you at home with his Intimate Gatherings, and for the public with his pop up restaurant The Little.
